Payment
When you shop with us, the card information is processed by Reepay, which is a secure supplier of electronic payments for Dankort, Visa, MasterCard and MobilePay. All card information is processed in accordance with the card organization’s rules, and uses 3D Secure, which is an international security standard for online payments.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
Purchase of voucher codes
All vouchers purchased through zeaeye.com are valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.
Delivery
Shipping is free for purchases over DKK 900.
We use DHL and GLS parcel shop delivery.
We deliver to Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
Delivery time is 1-2 working days.
In the event that delivery is delayed, you will be notified via email.
If the parcel box/parcel shop you have chosen is full, your parcel will be delivered to a nearby parcel box/parcel shop.
Right of withdrawal
Product(s) and voucher code(s) purchased via www.zeaeye.com
As a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase of products or vouchers via zeaeye.com.
The 14 days are counted from the day you receive your parcel. This means you must inform us within 14 days from the day you received your order, that you would like to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@zeaeye.com or use the standard withdrawal form found here. We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification that you want to cancel the purchase. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.
Subscriptions created via Zeaeye Portal
As a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel your purchase of subscriptions. Your right to cancel your purchase expires 14 days after your purchase. This means you must inform us within 14 days from the day you purchased your subscription, that you would like to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@zeaeye.com or use the standard withdrawal form found here. We will refund the amount to you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification that you want to cancel the purchase. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Partial withdrawal
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you can only get a part of the delivery costs back.
Redeemed voucher codes will not be refunded.
Unclaimed packages
Your parcel will remain in the selected parcel shop for the number of days stated in the email from the delivery company. If the package is not picked up, it will be sent back to us. If in this case, you wish to cancel the purchase, you must use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find here. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you want us to resend the package, you can purchase a resending.
Return policy
Once you have informed us that you want to withdraw your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item(s). The item(s) must be sent to the address shown in the standard withdrawal form, which you will find here.
You must pay for the package to be returned yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport. We, therefore, recommend that the item is sent with Track & Trace (trackable shipment).
The condition of the returned item
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount given back to you depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean only the shipping costs can be refunded.
We recommend that you send the item back in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw your purchase, according to the stated terms, you will get your money back. If the item has lost value, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have been notified that you want to withdraw your purchase. We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Right of complaint
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods. This means that you have the right to complain for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, this means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error. If you make a complaint within two months after the fault is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. To make a complaint about your item, you must send an email to support@zeaeye.com, together with a description of the error, preferably with pictures.
If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Husk også at få en kvittering for afsendelse, så vi kan tilbagebetale dine fragtomkostninger.
Please note that the Purchase Act’s defect rules do not apply to subscriptions.

Subscriptions
Using the Zeaeye Controller requires an active subscription. Zeaeye offers a subscription for DKK 1188 annually (minimum price DKK 594 for 6 months). The binding period is 5 months, after which you have 1 month’s notice until the end of the month. The binding period comes into effect when your subscription is created in the Zeaeye App. The creation date of the subscription in the Zeaeye App will also be the future date of the annual payment of your membership.
The subscription is automatically renewed unless you have canceled the subscription in accordance with the terms that apply to cancellation.
Via zeaeye.com, a voucher is purchased that corresponds to the price of an annual subscription. The voucher is later used when activating your Controller in the Zeaeye App. When the Controller is activated in the Zeaeye App, you must enter your card details, as these are used for the next payment when the subscription is renewed. This must be done even if a voucher is used, and the user pays DKK 0 when the subscription is created.
Please note that DKK 1188 is the standard price for an annual subscription and that any discounts will appear in the overview of your subscriptions.
Cancellation
The binding period is 5 months, after which you have 1 month’s notice until the end of the month. The binding period comes into effect when your subscription is created in the Zeaeye App.
If your subscription is canceled during a prepaid period, you will receive a prorated refund.
You cancel your subscription by writing an email to us at support@zeaeye.com, where you state your name, telephone number, e-mail address, and that you want to cancel your subscription.
Your subscription will remain active and usable until the subscription period expires.
Fair use of the subscription
The subscription is intended to continue until the need actually ceases and the subscription can therefore be terminated. Since Zeaeye offers services that can be used throughout the year, it will be considered abuse if you intentionally cancel a prepaid subscription and create a new one according to seasonal needs.
Instead, we ask you to let the subscription continue.
Be aware that your insurance company may require you to have an active subscription throughout the year, depending on your agreement with the insurance company. Contact your insurance company to find out which rules you are covered by.
If there is something wrong with the subscription
If you are not satisfied with the subscription, you can contact us at support@zeaeye.com. It is important that you contact us within 2 months from when you discovered the error.
Charges on your card
You can revoke your permission for us to withdraw an amount from your card at any time. You can also object to “unauthorized debits” to your card provider, however no later than 8 weeks after the debit, unless otherwise stated in your agreement with the card provider.
Right of appeal
If you as a consumer wish to complain about your purchase, you must contact us by email: support@zeaeye.com.
If we are unable to find a solution, you can send a complaint to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, DK-8800 Viborg via the Complaints portal for the Complaint Boards Authority.
The product or service concerned must, as a general rule, have cost at least DKK 1,110. The product or service concerned must never have cost more than DKK 100,000. It costs a fee to have the complaint processed.
When you shop at a webshop that is certified by “e-mærket” you can have your case processed by the e-mark for free – regardless of the size of the amount. Read more here.

The personal information is registered with ZEAEYE ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process the information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
